Harrah's, which is quite close to both Caesar's Palace and the Flamingo, is another very nice casino hotel.  Harrah's seems to be the fun place for those who like to "party hardy".  Their blackjack area often has a "party pit" where the dealers are fun, and the table is encouraged to be noisy.  It's a lot of fun, and worthwhile giving it a try.  Be ready for fun.

Harrah's does have Super Fun 21 - a blackjack variation.  As the title says, it can be fun since there are more plays allowed - including more double down and surrender options.  Odds on Super Fun 21, like 6:5 blackjack are not as good for the player as the regular game of blackjack.  However, one could argue that the odds just are not that far off, and that it is still a good deal.

Harrah's also treats their player's well.  Make sure that you get a player's card there, and then use it when you gamble.
