SURRENDER BLACKJACK TERMS DICTIONARY
|
SURRENDER Certain casinos will allow "surrender". If surrender is allowed, it most often is only allowed in the normal game of blackjack after the first two cards are dealt. If the player does not like their hand and thinks the dealer's hand looks much better, they can use the surrender option. If the player chooses to surrender, then the player will forfeit one half of their bet for that hand and the play for their hand is now over. Some blackjack variations, such as Spanish 21, Super Fun 21 and others may allow surrender not just after the first two cards, but also later in the player's hand after hits. While this may sound great, please consider that there are other changes in these blackjack game variations that are less favorable to the player. Surrender can be a good option for certain types of "stiff hands" when the dealer also has a good card. rpsoft 2000 blackjack game application The rpsoft 2000 blackjack game described below has multiple options - such as allowing surrender or not - after the first two cards or even later if you wish.
